JOHN SCHULTZ began his post high school academic studies in Engineering, studying both at Creighton University and the University of Nebraska. Shortly after leaving school, however, he decided that his first love was looking after things that sprouted from the ground - like buildings.

He began this nearly lifelong effort by obtaining a Real Estate Brokers license, which he still holds. This led to various projects over the early years such as building houses, shopping center development, commercial brokering and even a stint as purchaser of commercial sites for a National Corporation.

Although he operated a very successful business in the Pacific Northwest for eleven years, personal issues soon propelled him into property management of churches - a position from which he retired two years ago.

Most recent interest and effort is the operation of a Facilities Management consulting business in Auburn Washington and the marketing of his Manual on the Management of Facilities.

He is dedicated to the cause of improving the management of the facilities of church, school and other non-profit entities to the end that they receive as much quality attention as any major shopping center in the United States.

His Manual, originally written in 1999 and expanded in 2000 can be found in Churches and Schools across the United States It is an instructional tool as well as a reference Manual for many Facility Managers who often find their time for such things very limited.
